A BIG HOLLOW IN SINGAPORE LEADERSHIP AND TALENT MODEL

The judge presiding over the committee of inquiry over the MRT train disruptions commented that there is a silver lining in the recent train disruptions. After paying millions to our ministers and CEOs to provide world's best services, we are now being told that there is a silver lining in the horizon. If all these train disruptions are part of new norm, people will be at a loss to comprehend why talent paid by millions cannot help us to produce better services. It is time for PM Lee to understand that there is a need for change. Leadership and meritocracy of Singapore has failed to work. There is a hollow within SMRT and all the GLCs as well as cabinet level which need to be studied admitted with new solutions!!!
